Homemade Margarita Cake

This Margarita Cake was a Margarita flavored cake (made from a recipe I found online). I then used buttercream icing flavored with lemon extract to match the Margarita flavoring of the cake a little.

I cut a 13 x 9 inch cake into the shaped I wanted and simply covered them in the buttercream using the star tip 16. I used a clear cake pillar as the stem of the Margarita glass. It was much easier than I had anticipated it being.
