Coolest Mickey and Minnie Cakes

Last year I catered a sweet Mickey and Minnie Mouse themed birthday for my friend’s set of twins first birthday. The party was enjoyed by all and the Mickey and Minnie Mouse cakes were a big hit. I made Mickey a red velvet that was moist and the icing was colored cream cheese icing. Yaaaaaaaaaaass I colored the cream cheese with black coloring, copper coloring for the skin tone and to be honest it was quite easy and super delicious.

The Minnie Cake was a double vanilla cake with vanilla icing ( I used 2 vanilla bean pods). Tip for the black icing , a little goes a long way.
