Homemade Minnie Mouse Birthday Cake

Can I first say a big thank-you to Jaklotz1 at CC for the inspiration. You did an amazing job, way better than my attempt. I loved doing it anyway. Much harder than it looks.

This Minnie Mouse Birthday Cake cake is Madeira and the face is a 12" and ears are 2x 8" covered in fondant with gumpaste bow. Can I ask for some constructive criticism although I'm happy with it.
