Homemade Minnie Mouse Clubhouse Birthday Cake

A friend wanted a Minnie Mouse Clubhouse Birthday Cake. The base of the cake is 10” 3 layers, and the top tier is 8” 3 layers. The entire cake is frosted in butter cream, the stars and bow are made of gum paste and all other decorations are made from fondant. Because the cake was very heavy there is a plastic stabilizer plate in between the tiers along with wooden support dowels.

I made the gum paste decorations the day before so they would have time to dry, the stars also have edible glitter on them. The dots on the bow are made from fondant. This cake is actually a mirror image, the party was for two little girls, so each little girl had their own side on the cake.
