Cool DIY Monkey Diaper Cake

I made this Monkey Diaper Cake for a friend at work. It was for her first grandson, Bentley. The mother of the baby had a “Monkey” theme and wished for the cake to go along with that theme. It has a total of 4 tiers and I used about 150 diapers total. It has 4 blankets that I used on it, 3 for the cake itself and one to cover the board I put it on.

I bought lotions, soaps, wipes, and toys at the local Walmart. I made the monkeys you see on the cake myself with foam paper from the local craft store. I got plain letters at the Walmart and painted them accordingly. All items are either taped, glued to the accent ribbon around each tier, or I made ribbon hangers for the items so they wouldn’t be ruined.

I spent a total of $100.00 on this cake, but the grandmother paid for it.
