Coolest Moon Cake 4

The Cow Jumped Over The Moon
I made this moon cake for my daughter's first birthday. The moon and stars are done in chocolate cake.
Cut the cake into shape and freeze to prevent crumbling during icing. Ice with yellow icing. I also coloured some plain sugar with yellow food colouring and sprinkled it on top to create a shining effect. Silver cachous to decorate.
The cow is made completely out of white icing. Fun and easy cake to make for a first birthday.
