My son Alexander is a huge fan of Moose A Moose and Zee, so what better cake for his birthday than his favorite character.

I got the directions for the Moose A Moose Birthday Cake from the Nick Jr. website and while it had a few complex parts I did my best following the instructions and here is how the cake and cupcakes turned out.

OMG...That's impressive!! I am doing this theme for my daughter's 1st birthday next month. I would love a cake like that but I would NEVER attempt it. I bought an edible photo print to put onto the cake. I wish I was able to make a cake. NICE JOB!!

Wow, what a cake and what a lucky little boy. Mom says it was easy but it looks pretty complicated to me. I'd say she's just a great baker!
