Homemade Nemo Cake

I made this Nemo Cake for my sister-in-law's son.

I always use gel or powder colouring - the colours are more vibrant. The eyes and fins I printed and laminated.

Remember to use white margarine (wooden spoon in SA) when making white icing, if you are using a butter based icing.
