Homemade Ni Hao Kai Lan Marshmallow Fondant Cake
First I drew the image I was going to use on my Ni Hao Kai Lan Marshmallow Fondant Cake. Then I rolled a circle of marshmallow fondant just shy of the size of my cake (10 inches). I used that as my "base" because I didn't want to cover the entire cake with frosting. I placed the image I drew on each colour of rolled fondant and poked pinholes through it to make an outline. I just used a regular craft knife (xacto).
I assembled all my pieces onto the "base". I filled a frosted a 10 " cake and placed the fondant on top. Then I used a star tip to finish off the edges.
