This Ninjago Kai birthday cake is the cake I made for my son’s 7th birthday. It was pretty simple to make. I just used a Lego man silicon cake tin, red velvet cake mix, white choc ganache, and fondants of different colors to decorate. I used sugar glue to secure the fondant decorations on top. The fire symbol on Kai’s shirt and the cupcakes were sprayed with edible gold spray, and the cupcake toppers (off eBay) were made out of rice paper.
The kids loved it, especially my son who is currently supervising me and impatiently waiting to see his cake on the internet.
