Homemade Pac Man Birthday Cake
I made my daughter this Pac Man Birthday Cake for her 11th birthday. Her party was 80's themed at a roller rink. Pac-man was so easy! He is an 8in round cake with a wedge cut out for his mouth with a whopper for an eye. Blinky didn't turn out so well ( I think it looks more like Pearl from Finding Nemo!) This was an 8 in round Gluten free cake( my daughter has celiac disease).
The hard part was cutting the bottom ummm well what you would call the bottom of a ghost..lol! I finished these about 5min before we had to leave and didn't have time to "clean" them up so sorry about the messy cake bored.
