Coolest Percy Jackson Cake

Homemade Percy Jackson Cake
This Percy Jackson Cake was based on the Percy Jackson and the Olympians Lightning Thief book by Rick Riordan. This was for my son's 9th birthday.
I started with a collage of various images with a piece of wax paper on top and used dark chocolate icing piped with a No. 3 tip for the outline. My technique is to put this in the freezer to harden then continue with piping in the other colors. I freeze overnight then transfer to the cake but flipping it over onto cake then peeling off the wax paper. It is important to do your artwork in reverse for this to work.
