Coolest Pickle Cake

Homemade Pickle Cake
My uncle's nickname is pickle so I made him a pickle cake for his birthday.
I made two 13x9 size cakes ( I used one vanilla and one chocolate.) after cooking I let them cool on the counter. After cooling I took a cookie sheet covered it in foil and placed the vanilla cake on the sheet. Then a layer of Icing then the chocolate cake. I put in the fridge overnight to make it slightly firmer. Then took a piece of poster board and make a pickle shape.
The next morning I took out the cake and placed the "stencil" on the cake and cut the cake around it. Then took two tubs (Betty Crocker) of icing and put them into a Tupperware and added green icing color.
Then I took the top of the butter knife and "tapped" the icing to make "little bumps"
One easy to make cake.. Can also be a Jelly bean ! :)
