Homemade Piggy Cakes
I added onto a cake picture already submitted, I was attending a pig roast over the weekend and needed to make Piggy Cakes.
I decided to make one male and one female cake, and distinguish them with a necklace for the girl and a bow tie for the boy. For the necklace I used scotch mints, and the neck tie I used licorice. The male cake was chocolate, covered with tinted fondant, and the girl was vanilla covered with the same tinted fondant. The eyes were made from black Jelly Belly Beans, and the hoofs were black licorice.
