Homemade Piggy Cupcakes

These Piggy Cupcakes are white cupcakes frosted with vanilla frosting that I tinted pink. The ears are strawberry wafers. Each wafer is cut into 4 squares and then each square is cut diagonally in half leaving 2 triangles. Each wafer should yield 8 triangles which is 2 per cupcake and a total of 4 cupcakes.

I placed the wafers at the top of the cupcake to resemble ears. The eyes are just 2 butterscotch chips. The snout is a jumbo strawberry marshmallow cut in half horizontally. So one marshmallow for 2 cupcakes. Then I used 2 mini chocolate chips for the nostrils.

Easy and fun. All the kids loved these!
