Homemade Pirate Cake
This Pirate Cake is a simple loaf cake made from a quarter sheet cut in half and stacked. The figures are laminated figures I made from drawings my friend Van drew for me. The buttercream frosting I made from scratch - tastes better than store bought. I'm thinking the figures would have looked great on one of the pirate shaped cakes I've seen made and submitted on this site!
Once the cake was baked, frosting and figures made, it only took about twenty minutes to make the cake and was fun to do and I think looked fabulous!
