Homemade Pizza Birthday Cake

This Pizza Birthday Cake I made for my grandson's pizza party birthday. I made chocolate chip cookie dough and baked in a pizza pan. Red icing all over the top. I used white icing squeezed out of plastic bag with the corner cut off for the wide strips of "mozzarella cheese". I used colored fondant for the green peppers and pepperoni.

I used black fondant for olives (roll thin, cut out with a pastry tip and cut out inner hole with a straw. Grated white chocolate for Parmesan cheese. Fun to do and very easy.
