Homemade Pokemon Cake
This is a Pokemon cake I did for my son's 9th birthday. I made a 10x10 inch square cake for the base and covered it in yellow butter cream. I did a ball border in black and red.
For the Pokeball I used the "Ball" pan form Wilton. I covered it with red, black and white butter cream using a star tip. I sculpted the Pikachu and Lugia figures from fondant. I also inserted 2 bamboo skewer sticks down through the Pokeball into the square base for stability.
