Homemade Pregnant Belly Cake
My Co-worker's sister was pregnant with triplets. One little girl and two little boys. She found a few cakes she liked on-line and I combined her three ideas into one super fun cake that showed all three babies.
It's a bit trendy and was a load of fun to make. Outer is made from fondant.
