Coolest Princess Castle Birthday Cake

This Princess Castle Birthday Cake came about from a lot of research on this site and amalgamated a few design ideas which grew as I was decorating the cake.

Essentially a large square cake with a round cake placed on top with a Swiss roll cut in half, all iced in ready roll icing. The turrets were made from wafer icecream cones inverted, with a third waffle cone placed on top. I coated these with regal icing dipped in sherbet.

From there I just went to town in the local sweet shop and topped off with sparkly balls, mini marshmallows and millions!

My Daughter loved this cake on her 4th birthday as did her 30 friends at her party, their faces made it all worth while!!
