Coolest Princess Castle Birthday Cake

I made this Princess Castle Birthday Cake for my daughter’s 3rd birthday. She loves Disney princesses so I bought the castle kit and designed the rest. I made 2x 20cm square vanilla cakes with raspberry swirl and 1x 10cm square cake. I placed larger cakes on top of each other and covered in purple buttercream icing then cut the smaller cake into quarters and used 2 of the quarters placed on top of each other and placed that on the centre of large cake.

I added the turrets from the kit to the sides. I then covered 4 waffle cones in purple icing and rolled them in purple decorating glitter and placed them on top of turrets. I shaped the windows and door out of pink wafer biscuits and made the moat bridge with block of chocolate. The board is covered in green fondant with aluminum foil used for grass effect and cut out blue fondant for the moat then covered in blue cellophane.

I also used edible flowers for decoration on board and mini marshmallows around edges of top of castle then placed Disney princess figurines on board and cake. My daughter absolutely loved it.
