Homemade Princess Castle Cake

I made this princess castle cake for my little niece's first birthday. It's a 3 layer cake with strawberry cream filling. I had fondant for the hole cake because it's a lot smother and easy to work with. The round cones are paper towel rolls that I had saved.

The pink cones on the top are made from ice-cream cones that I covered with gum paste as well as the door. The stones are just some candy I found that looked like stones. For the blue and green on the base I just used colored butter cream that I just piped on. The little figures I bought form eBay for only $10, such a great deal.
