A friend asked me to make a “Princess” castle. I had an idea seeing so many castle cakes, and this is Princess Castle Cake Design is what I made. It was chocolate chip cake with a whipped filling and BC frosting. I topped it with a Princess tiara so the birthday girl can use it over and over again. I used fondant accents, bubble gum, sugar cones and strawberry wafers. I think she liked it.
