The Princess Jasmine birthday cake was a special cake for my special niece. I made a white sponge cake in three layers. I baked them in a 10″, 9″ and a Pyrex bowl and then layered them on top of each other. Using a cookie cutter to cut out a hole for the middle portion so Jasmine could fit in the middle.

I made my own frosting and mixed green and blue to make the Turquoise color to match her outfit. Jasmine was wrapped in cellophane and placed in the middle. I wanted to finish up the dress with some sparkles and flare, but the birthday girl couldn’t wait any longer so we went without.

All-in-all it was a hit and everyone was very happy.
