Homemade Pumpkin Cake
I made this Pumpkin Cake for the teachers during conferences. I used a boxed spice cake mix and added pumpkin puree and 3 eggs instead of water and oil. Then decorated with tinted frosting and made leaves out of fondant that I painted with food coloring.
