Homemade Queen Amidala Birthday Cake

My step-daughter wanted a Padme/Queen Amidala Birthday Cake for her birthday and after seeing a similar cake on here, I decided to give it a try.

I used the Wilton Doll Pan and made a devil's food cake for the skirt, and covered with a little vanilla frosting. I then covered the skirt with fondant that I dyed red and trimmed with black-dyed fondant. I "dressed" her, as accurately as possible using a photo I pulled offline, in more fondant and added the headpiece from a Queen Amidala figurine my step-daughter already had.

Start to finish, the cake took about six hours but she loved it!
