Eric's Homemade Raider Cake
I made this Raider Cake for my nephew Eric's 17th birthday. He wanted a Raiders cake. So easy!
I used an 11 x 15 cake pan. I dyed fondant and cut out the numbers and letters and logo. Used #7 tip & regular vanilla icing for the yard lines.
The only thing I'd do different next time is I would use a bigger pan so I could fit all the yard line numbers.
