Coolest Rainbow Cake

I made this coolest Rainbow Cake for my sister’s daughter’s 3rd birthday. And she is a very struggling girl but we love her very much. She doesn’t like to play with her toys. She is very different. So I thought, thought, thought. What I can make for her. Finally I decided to make a Rainbow. Now here it is in front of you.

I baked a Ribbon cake and covered it with banana flavored butter icing. And I used sea blue, red, yellow, green and blue for the rainbow. I used the 16 star nozzle tip for pipe icing. For the cake border I decorated it with double shell border. And lastly sprinkled some candy dust on the cake.

This cake was hit with everyone and tasted also very good. Everyone enjoyed this cake and especially the birthday girl was very very happy for her birthday cake.
