Homemade Random Cigarette Cake
My best friend and I were sitting at home wanting to decorate a cake, but we couldn't come up with an idea. So we were looking around and I had seen a pack of cigarettes and thought it would be awesome to create a replica and made a Random Cigarette Cake .
We started with base icing the cake. It is much easier to use a tip and draw a line where you want the different colors, then cover the cake with those colors. We then just tried to copy the cigarette pack exactly. For the actual cigarette, I took fondant and rolled it out into a cigarette shape. I then took a knife at the tip and make some slashes to replicate tobacco. I wrapped a piece of paper around the end and airbrushed in order to make it look like a filter.
Then I airbrushes the slashes I made to darken the tobacco. All in all, it was a lot easier then I thought it would be.
