Homemade Roses In Basket Cake

For years I loved to work in the garden. Roses are my favorite. Unfortunately, I am not able to do that anymore. I love to bake, so I decided to come up with a Roses In Basket Cake, my own way of bringing my roses into the house.

I designed the outside of the large cupcakes in a basket weave. Then I lightly frosted the top, so that the handmade roses can have something to hold to. I placed 6 roses on the top and then added little green leaves made with frosting to give it the bouquet look.
