Homemade Rough Rider Cake

This Rough Rider cake is the first big cake I have ever done. It took me 14 hours to do, but I am so happy how it turned out.

The whole truck is cake that I elevated with dowels to get the height. The tires were made out of rice crispy treats. The best thing to hold the shape, then covered with fondant.
