Homemade Sesame Street Birthday Cake and Cupcakes
This Sesame Street Birthday Cake and Cupcakes was a cake I made for my son's 2nd birthday. I used an Elmo cake pan (he picked out) and made a yellow cake with chocolate sprinkles mixed in. I used kisses for the eyes and crushed Oreos for the mouth.
The cupcakes are Cookie Monster, Elmo, Grover, Big Bird and Rosita. I used chocolate chips for the eyes, broken-in-half oreos for the mouths and Reese's pieces and dots for the noses and also mini chocolate chip cookies for Cookie Monster. All were made with buttercream frosting.
