I made this shark cake for my son for his 2nd birthday. He just loved Bruce the Shark. So I made a bar red velvet cake (to make it look like blood when cut.

I had a toy Bruce which I placed on the cake then cut around it. I used a butter cream frosting with licorice for the eye and gills. My son loved it.
