Homemade Snow Fairy Birthday Cake

I made this Snow Fairy Birthday Cake for my grand daughter's 4th birthday. The base is a 14x16 cake pan. The skirt is the Wilton doll pan.

I used a a stick doll for the body. The frosting is a white butter cream. I made the the cape by hand. And sprinkled the whole cake and the dress with white crystal sugar.
