Homemade Snow White Cake

I used a Wilton Doll Cake Pan on top of a rectangle cake. I inserted a Snow White Barbie doll (she is a little too tall for the cake mold, so that is why I placed it on top of another cake). I gave Snow White icing clothes made from fondant icing and buttercream icing.

This was my first attempt with fondant to make the dress smooth. It had a nice effect but is tricky to work with, I bought the ready made kind in a box then tinted it the color I wanted. My daughter had asked her friends to dress up as princesses they all loved the cake and wanted to eat her skirt!
