Homemade Snowman Cake

Homemade Snowman Cake

I made this snowman cake for my son's first birthday. I took the idea from Betty Crocker website and with few changes I prepared it.
I frosted two sponge cakes, one was a little smaller than the other for the head. Then sprinkled shredded coconut on it to look like snow. And finally, with the help of candies, cookies and fruit roll up, it looks like a cute little snowman. ( I put the candle as the nose!)
