Homemade Soccer Birthday Cake

I bought a 1/2 slab mud cake from Woolworth's. I did one layer of white butter cream icing. Then I did another of green butter cream icing and covered it with coconut which I dyed green with food coloring. I made the goals out of pipe cleaners and netting which I purchased for $1.25 at Spotlight.

I also bought the soccer ball and shoes from Spotlight. I made the Rovers team name out of Orchard Icing using cookie cutters. I piped on the markings of soccer field. I printed the pictures of team on white paper then glued them to cardboard and attached to kebab sticks.

This was an easy cake to do.
