Homemade Sodor Light House Cake Idea
I am new to fondant cake making. My son loves Thomas and everything that involves Island of Sodor. This Sodor Light House Cake Idea is test run for his birthday cake.
The Lighthouse itself is made out of Rice Crispies with blender cap on the top as a light. The light is just a flame shaped yellow fondant.
Island is store bought yellow cake mix with Cream Cheese Icing. I used Heart shaped and 8" cake pan. Had to do some cutting to fit the pan. I used Blueberry jello to make the ocean and green icing to create foam around the edges.
