Homemade Spaghetti & Meatball Cake
Another non-event but I needed a silly cake. I went for a Spaghetti & Meatball cake. I made a regular cake then carved it into a half globe. The chocolate cake was iced with white icing. I then drizzled white chocolate over top to mimic spaghetti strands.
The pasta sauce was seedless raspberry jam, the meatballs were Yves Roche chocolates dipped into the jam (I welded them to the cake with some of the white chocolate. Finally I grated white chocolate over top to mimic cheese.
