Homemade Sponge Bob and Patrick Cake
This Sponge Bob and Patrick Cake was ordered for a friend's son in law because him and his daughter love watching Sponge Bob together, so it was actually ordered for the granddaughter but was the son in law's birthday.
The cake is a moist chocolate cake covered in butter cream frosting tinted blue. There is seaweed on the sides of the cake along with Jelly fish because Sponge bob has a good friend that is jellyfish ( so I have been told). Sponge Bob and Patrick are covered in butter cream rolled fondant and decorated using the same fondant. They are carved out of brownie. I started using brownies because they are pretty sturdy and my hubby thinks rice Krispie treats is cheating, that a cake should be some form of cake.
