Homemade Sponge Bob Cake
For this homemade Sponge Bob cake I used two boxed cake mixes in a 13x9 inch pan. After frosting the cake with vanilla frosting, I dyed over half a package of fondant yellow. I used the rest of the package to make the black, white, red, and brown parts of the cake.
The pants were made with fondant dyed with cocoa powder. The hands, legs, and shoes were held on using raw spaghetti noodles. I traced a Spongebob face using tracing paper, and used this as a stencil for the face pieces.
