Homemade Spongebob and Friends Birthday Cake

My son has loved looking at cakes on this site in preparation for his birthday party, so I meshed several ideas that I saw on here. In the end I made a Spongebob and Friends Birthday Cake.

I cored out a pineapple for the top and set it on top of parchment paper. The figures are purchased toys from Target, sadly there was no Squidward. I used a buttercream frosting, piped seaweeds and the well-known Spongebob flowers along the sides.
