Homemade Spongebob Squarepants Cake

This Spongebob Squarepants Cake was my second attempt at a theme cake!

My daughter LOVES Spongebob! So for her second birthday I made her this cake. It's an 11x15in sheet cake. I used a whipped cream frosting (that came out delicious!) for the cake. I added cocoa powder to a small amount for his pants.

The black outlines, red in his tie and tongue, his cheeks and eyes are all gel icing. (in the little tubes).

She was very excited when she saw her cake! I think this was the easiest one I've made!!
