Homemade Strawberry Cake

I constantly tried to perfect my baking, this Strawberry cake is another result of that. The filling is buttercream and the cake itself is chocolate. The icing is made using egg whites and icing sugar.

I decorated the strawberry seeds with sliced almonds. Those who saw my cake said I should use mini M&M's (well its up to you guys). I used red food colour instead.

I saw that many contributors used colour gel. The pan used is a heart shaped 9 inch pan.
