Homemade Sunny the L.A. Snowman Cake
The actual Sunny the L.A. Snowman Cake is chocolate and vanilla with a buttercream filling. First I stacked the chocolate and vanilla cakes and covered them with frosting, the four tiers were covered separately. Then I let them cool in the refrigerator for approximately 30 minutes. Then I covered them with white fondant and decorated the face and torso with chocolate frosting.
I used blue food coloring for the hat. The hands are wooden skewers.
