I used the Barbie pan for the base and made another round to add height. I dirty iced and covered in fondant. The 12″ round served as her platform and then hand painted the beads and added slashes of gold on the dress and platform.
I made the placards using a fondant mold. They cut the Sweet 16 birthday cake two days after the party so that they could admire the cake!! LOL!!
