I made these homemade teacher appreciation cupcakes for my son and daughter’s preschool for Teacher Appreciation week.
The apples are Oreo truffles (pack of Oreos processed into fine crumbs mixed with one pack of cream cheese), shaped into rudimentary apple shapes, 1/3 of a pretzel stick stuck through the middle, coated in red candy melts.
