Homemade Tennis Court Cake

My hubby loves and plays tennis. So, for his 37th birthday, I wanted to create a special design for his birthday cake.

I came up with the idea of a tennis court cake. But, I found difficulty in finding a tennis player doll, but I found the net. Then I bought a pair of tennis racket topper, just to emphasizethe idea of this tennis court cake.

Luckily, I found this Wilton colour that looks exactly like a gravel tennis court, added with a green net, perfect!

I drew the lines with butter cream, oh dear... it isn't easy... you need full concentration, otherwise you'll be out of line...

I was so satisfied with the cake result; just like I imagined a few days back, when I first came up with the idea of the cake.

When he saw the cake, my hubby was so delighted and surprised... so it really impressed him.

I have no idea that I could make this cute cake, well... I guess love has guided me :-) since I made this cake with all my heart, for the one that I love sooooo much

BTW, the cake is huge, so it was enough for all of his tennis pals!
