Homemade Thanksgiving Cake
This Thanksgiving Cake was about 16" x 22" in size. It is a Mango Mousse Cake.
The base is a Vanilla flavored Light Sponge Cake with Raspberry Filling and Mango Mousse on top.
The Turkey pattern is created with Pineapples, Strawberries, Mandarin Oranges and Carrot for the beak and legs.
