Homemade The Terrible Terror Cake
This is The Terrible Terror Cake that I made for my son’s 6th birthday. I make his cake every year for the theme he chooses. The 6th year he chose a How to Train your Dragon theme. I looked for some dragon pans and didn’t find anything that I liked so I decided to make a custom cake and make The Terrible Terror.
The head is made of cake; the body is Rice Krispies treats. The wings, spikes and horns are made of chocolate and marshmallows and Hershey kisses. The whole cake took two days to make. The first day was prepping the molds for the wings, spikes and horns out of chocolate. The next was cooking the cake and molding the rice krispie treats into the body and then decorating it and putting it all together.
My son loved it. This was his favorite birthday cake.
